Product Introduction
Cotton-type rPET PSF manufactured from PCW/PIW textile waste through sorting, cleaning, shredding, melt extrusion, and precision spinning. Fine denier fiber with consistent tenacity (≥3.5 cN/dtex), optimized elongation (25-40%), and excellent crimp stability (≥85%). Engineered for ring spinning, rotor spinning, and air-jet spinning systems with superior yarn evenness, minimal neps formation, and excellent dye uptake characteristics.
