Product Introduction
Textile-grade rPET chips manufactured from PCW/PIW textile waste through sorting, cleaning, shredding, extrusion, and pelletizing. Controlled IV (0.64-0.68 dL/g), low moisture (≤300 ppm), and minimal CEG (≤35 mmol/kg) ensure stable melt spinning and consistent polymer flow. Advanced melt filtration (≤25 μm) provides effective contamination control. Primary feedstock for rPET PSF, POY/FDY, and textile applications requiring thermal stability and polymer uniformity.
